St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails

Who says you have to just drink Guinness or Irish whiskey on St. Paddy’s Day? Personally, I prefer rum or vodka over beer any day of the week so that’s why I was happy to see there are cocktails just for St. Patrick’s Day. RECESS has 3 magically delicious (I couldn’t resist) St. Patrick’s Day cocktails featuring Three Olives Vodka.

Clover Patch-Ini

St. Patricks Day Cocktails 3Ingredients:

• 2. Oz Three Olives Classic Vodka

• 1 oz. Sour Apple Schnapps

• 1 oz. Lemonade

• 1 oz. Lemon-lime soda

• Cinnamon and sprinkles for rim

Directions:

Dip the rim of a martini glass in a shallow dish with ¼ inch water, then in a shallow dish with ¼ of equal parts sprinkles and cinnamon, mixed.

Combine vodka, schnapps, and lemonade in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into chilled martini glass.

Top with lemon lime soda.

Fizzy Patrick

St. Patricks Day Cocktails 2Ingredients:

• 2 Oz Three Olives Dude Vodka

• 0.5 oz. lime juice

• 2 oz. ginger beer

• Dash agave

• Handful fresh mint

• Muddle mint in a shaker

Directions:

Fill shaker with ice and combine vodka, lime juice and agave.

Shake vigorously.

Pour into a Collins glass and top off with ginger beer.

Who’s Your Paddy?

St. Patricks Day CocktailsIngredients:

• 2 Oz Three Olives Cherry Vodka

• ¾ oz. orange curacao

• ¾ oz. lemon juice

• 1 oz. club soda

Directions:

Combine vodka, orange curacao and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.

Pour into a chilled Collins glass.

Top with club soda.
