Help Local Photographer Become Chief World Explorer

Las Vegas native and business owner, Jon Carmichael, is one of a handful of finalists competing to become the Chief World Explorer by Jauntaroo, a global travel firm. Narrowed down from thousands of submissions, Carmichael faces tough competition from all over world. In the latest round of the competition, finalists had to submit a short video about the place where they live. Carmichael was up to the challenge and happily talked about the city he’s called home since he was in diapers. Help this local out and show support by voting for his video!

About Chief World Explorer

Whoever is bestowed the honor of being the Chief World Explorer will spend a year traveling to many exotic and exciting places all over the world. Described as the “best job around the world”, the explorer will be tasked with reporting his or her experiences via video and photos and also posting on social media. There’s also a hefty $100,000 paycheck for all that hard work. Sounds super cool!
