Las Vegas Not Safe for Spring Breakers According to Avvo

Recently, legal website, Avvo, has declared Las Vegas a dangerous city for spring breakers.  Ranking third on the most dangerous spring break cities list , the site uses pure statistics as the reason for placing Las Vegas after Orlando and Daytona Beach (numbers 1 and 2, respectively).  These statistics include violent crime, murder and rape as well as fatal car crashes.  Will this deter spring breakers from coming to Sin City?  Hopefully not.  Any place can be dangerous if you aren’t careful and use your common sense.

Apparently, Las Vegas isn’t dangerous for those who go to conferences.  This same site is holding a conference here at the Bellagio Hotel this month.  Perhaps since this is a tamer crowd (lawyers), there’s no need to worry.  Hmmmm.

Statistics aside, do you agree that Las Vegas is not safe for spring breakers?
