The Best Homemade Vinaigrette Recipe

This is my favorite homemade vinaigrette recipe- light and tangy with a little pow!  My family loves this salad and whenever friends come to visit, I whip some up and toss it with fresh Spring greens.

Steakhouse Vinaigrette from The Organized Cook


Recipe + Instructions


  • olive oil- 1/2 cup
  • white wine vinegar- 4 tbspns
  • lemon juice- 2 tbspns, or juice squeezed from 1/2 of a lemon
  • McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning- 1 tablespoon


  1. Whisk ingredients together
  2. Drizzle over salad
  3. Toss
