Mediterranean Tuna Panini Recipe Ingredients

Toni’s Mediterranean Tuna Panini

Kalamata Olives

Kalamata Olives


  1. Tuna- 10-12 oz., drained
  2. Kalamata pitted olives- 1 cup, sliced
  3. peperoncini peppers, 1 cup, sliced
  4. cumin- 1 tablespoon
  5. lemon pepper- 1 tablespoon
  6. olive oil- 1/2 cup
  7. feta cheese crumbles- 4 oz.


  1. Mix together tuna, olives, peppers, cumin, lemon pepper and olive oil

    Feta Cheese Crumbles

  2. Spray olive oil on one side of each slice of bread
  3. Grill sandwich with bread- oiled side down- topped with tuna mixture and a small handful of cheese
  4. Top with other slice of bread- oiled side up
  5. Grill until brown on both sides
