What Is Vine?

Vine is the latest iOS mobile application that records six seconds of videos, either in one shot or in segments.  Bottom line is, if you have an iPhone and are an Instagram user, you’re most likely to use and love Vine.  It’s Instagram but for video instead of photos.  I’ve seen Vine videos work for business too.  Here’s a great example from She Finds:

How To Embed Vine Video on Your Blog

As a blogger, I love using my Instagram photos on my website.  You can do the same thing with your Vine videos.

The Vine app doesn’t have a built-in option to create an embed code for you to paste on your website, but there’s still a way to do it with a few easy steps.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Post your Vine video on Twitter by Tweeting it out through the app.
  2. Copy and past the following embed code onto your post in Text mode.
  3. Copy the url of your video from your Tweet and replace the purple part of the below embed code with it.
