Fashionistas, Are You Ready To Give JCPenney A Chance?

While sifting through the Sunday paper this past weekend, I happened across the JCPenney circular.  “Ooh I love that dress”, is the what I thought before an adorable button-down tunic caught my eye.

Spring Fashion Trends

Fashion experts are saying that Spring trends for 2013 include black and white geometric patterns contrasted by soft pastels.  As I flipped through the ad, I realized that I would buy and wear many of the new arrivals including this soft shirt to match with some black & white patterned bottoms:

I remembered hearing that JCPenney recently went through a re-branding effort to be more fashion forward and trendy.  So my question to all the fashionistas out there is, “Are you ready to give JCPenney a chance?”

Although I may not consider myself a true fashion expert, I like to think my personal style is still “forward” enough to keep up with the latest trends.  So, yes, this “ista” will be stopping by JCPenney to pick out this simple zigzag blazer to pair some skinny-cropped black jeans:
