1 lb. mini bowtie pasta (or your pasta of choice)
1/2 cup olive oil
zest from 1 lemon
juice from 2 lemons
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
grated Parmesan cheese (use desired amount)
salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta in salted boiling water till done then drain. Combine all ingredients and mix well then pour over pasta. Enjoy!
