Nevadas are happiest tweeters According to a new study conducted by the University of Vermont, Nevadans are among the happiest tweeters!

By geo-tagging 80 million plus words and analyzing various characteristics over a certain amount of time, researchers were able to determine which cities and states had the happiest and saddest tweeters based on the data.

After Hawaii and Maine, the next happiest states on the list were Nevada, Utah, and Vermont.  The researchers assigned a place value to words they deemed as positive or negative.  Words like me, love, board, and lie were among some of the data calculations.

The full study is available HERE. So, what do you think?  Are Nevadans happy tweeters?  Well, I personally like to surround myself with positivity.  If I see three or more sulky or nasty tweets, I tend to “unfollow” on the spot.
