Start Off Summer Grilling With Herb Flank Steak

Yesterday was the official first day of summer (although it already has been feeling like summer here in Las Vegas) which means households across the valley will be grilling their hearts out.  Break away from traditional hot dogs and hamburgers and grill something a little more creative and sophisticated.  Trust us, it’s still delicious and the entire family will love it.  The Organized Cook has a great grilling recipe for Grilled Herb Flank Steak that requires a little more prep work but the results will be worth it.
